You agree to adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to your use of our services. You also agree to cooperate with Monopoly Moving & Hauling personnel and provide accurate information as required to deliver our services efficiently.
All services will be charged as per the rates specified on our website or as per the rates agreed upon in our service contracts. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations should be made in 14 days in advance. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the conditions outlined in individual service contracts.
Monopoly Moving & Hauling ensures all goods are handled with utmost care. However, in unforeseen circumstances where damage occurs, our liability will be limited to the repair or replacement value of the item, not exceeding the declared value.
Any disputes arising out of our services shall first be addressed through amicable negotiation. If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in Darby Pennsylvania.
Monopoly Moving & Hauling reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be updated on our website, and by continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
We reserve the right to terminate services for any user who violates these terms or any other provisions set in our individual service contracts.
